Mushroom and mycelium ingredient company Maia Farms has received $1.75 million from Genome British Columbia’s Industry Innovation (I2) Fund. At its lab in Vancouver, Maia Farms upcycles agricultural byproducts to produce fermentation-based mushroom mycelium.
